We invite an exploration into ways to love unconditionally, model compassion, and teach empathy. Together we investigate how to evolve the understanding of ourselves in relationship with others (life partners, children, co-workers, friends, neighbors, students, etc.) and discuss how to integrate compassion into challenging areas of our lives. With compassion guiding our interactions, a shift occurs and movement towards peace and joy transpires.
